Processing & Shipment Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided. This email will include your order details and confirmation of successful payment.
We aim to process all orders placed on business days within a few hours, and in most cases, we ship the same day. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you specified during checkout. Our trusted logistics partners, including DHL Express Worldwide and PostNord Recommended First Class to help ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Delivery times depend on the operational schedules of DHL, UPS, and local postal services in your country. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur, particularly due to customs processing.
If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask that you wait at least 10 business days before contacting us for support.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, The Candy Viking is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Typical delivery estimates:

Customs & Import Regulations
Depending on your country of residence, import duties, taxes, or other local fees may apply once your order arrives. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
As the importer of the goods, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your country’s import laws and regulations, especially for consumable products like candy.
Important:
If an order is:

Not collected by the recipient in time

Seized or detained due to import restrictions
Then unfortunately, The Candy Viking cannot issue refunds or offer reshipment. Due to the perishable nature of our candy and food products, we are unable to restock or resell such items.

The Candy Viking is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This ensures that we comply with FDA regulations and meet the necessary safety and quality standards for shipping to customers in the United States.

Refunds & Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food or candy products.
However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our customer service team at jfafoodab@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items so we can assist you promptly.
