International Orders, Customs, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their own country’s import regulations and customs laws, which are typically outlined on official government websites. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any orders that are delayed, rejected, or seized by customs authorities. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import policies before placing an order.


Payment and Shipping

At checkout, customers can select their preferred payment method and will be informed whether prices include VAT and the applicable rate. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday. Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout and added to the total order cost.

Some products may display estimated delivery times. We reserve the right to remove out-of-stock items from orders; in such cases, the corresponding amount will be refunded. If a replacement product is desired, it must be placed as a new order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.


Package Collection Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package from the designated delivery location within the timeframe specified in the delivery notification. Unclaimed or refused packages are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and processed at checkout, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Returns and Refunds for Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order (or from the time the issue was discovered). Items must be returned in their original packaging, via the same shipping method, along with a detailed explanation of the issue.

To begin the return process, please follow the instructions provided on our website under the “Customer Service” section. If a replacement is not available within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund the full purchase price along with return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing to avoid unnecessary returns.


Typographical Errors

We strive to provide accurate product information at all times. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or product description mistakes. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise or cancel orders accordingly.


Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, war, government actions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, supplier failures, energy shortages, or other force majeure events. In such situations, both parties are relieved from their contractual obligations without liability.
